Raised in London agencies.

Now in Sydney.

I grew up falling off bikes, off skateboards, and out of trees.

My first job came during a 2-week work experience stint at Bates London, after I created an ad that got the agency sued by the UK Treasury (which was later dropped).

Since then I’ve worked as a copywriter, creative head and head of copy on pretty much every type of account and every media channel you’d expect, plus a few you wouldn’t.

I’ve also won UK-based pitches for Canon Cameras, Isle of Jura Single Malt Whisky, McEwan’s Lager, The Early Learning Centre, AST Computers, and the Central Office of Information (COI). Add them up and you’re looking at over GB£20 Million.

Recent pitch wins in Australia include Actuaries Institute, Optus Small/Medium Business, Halcyon Retirement Homes, Transport for NSW Road Safety Portfolio, ING Bank, and The Insurance Council of Australia (all for Ogilvy Sydney).

Awards include Cannes, Creative Circle, Caples, Epica, and Campaign Magazine (UK) but I’m more interested in pitch wins than awards.

I’m still falling off bikes but I haven’t been up a tree for some time.
